several things: I watched the Colbert episode in question, and I actually really agree with Shlell. Well put, my conservative friend. I don't hold much issue with the idea, but kind of feel like..."what's the point?" Like, I don't really GET why there would be a picture of Angelina Jolie next to a letter to the Corinthians. Its doesn't bother me as much as it just kind of distracts me. I don't think it will become the next big thing anyway. The only people buying it will be moms for their 14 year olds who will roll their eyes. Whatevs.

next thing: MY MOM IS DRIVING ME INSANE! aaah. She had oral surgery about a week and a half ago, and has been on severe pain medication ever since. When she's not acting totally loopy/out of it (which was amusing at first, but became really annoying, like dealing with a 57 year old baby), she's crying about how much pain she's in, how the doctor must have fucked her up for life, blah blah blah. I know it sounds horrible, but trust me, I was the pictures of sympathy and caretaking the first 5 or so days. Now, I'm just like, can someone else deal with this please? its so hard to take care of your parents when its been the other way around for 21 years...

Cristin and I decided we're going to call it "Charlie"-- it shall be "Charlotte" when its being good, and if something goes wrong (toilet overflows, a bug in the house, we're just in a pissy mood) we will call it Charles, because boys are bad and girls are good. :)
