My first update from work! I took a break from spreadsheets to eat Twizzlers and catch up on Google. And I’m right with Liz, its AWESOME having updates to read.

I am super pumped about what I am doing this week. On Thursday I get to go to a place called “Consumer Village” that was built for market research testing. Consumers come in and participate in one-on-one discussions and focus groups and other product-related activities. I am doing some work analyzing different types of “pinch grips” and getting feedback, so I will be working most of the day talking with different people. That’s the kind of engineering I’ve always wanted to do, so I am pumped that I am getting some first hand experience. I also have a meeting at University of Cincinnati in one of their biomed labs where we are doing some work on hand strength modeling, which I’m really looking forward to as well.

Liz, you wont believe this, but I watched the MTV movie awards too! (well, until I fell asleep….shocker.) And I laughed and laughed at the JT part, and thought of you, Gwendol.

That’s all that’s new here…I mostly just updated because I was bored. Looks like its Molly’s turn now….I’m just saying….
