goodbye ohio

Long time no post. Sorry about that, guys.

Alright, well obviously a lot has changed in the past week for me... the drive down in Atlanta was great, and moving in was SO MUCH EASIER without any stairs to climb. Thanks Quinn for helping :)

It felt pretty weird to leave Cincinnati, thats for sure. It was strange to tell everyone goodbye knowing that I might see them all again next summer or that I may never see them again. I will miss them, I think. And thats a little strange because I didn't expect to.

I'm basically unpacked and I love my room. Despite the disgusting amounts of mold on my wall and the dead rodent that we think died in the shower pipes somewhere our hall. Again, no stairs is the best thing that ever happened to me. I will post pictures of everything when we finish decorating a little more.

There have been some problems on the skinny Kyle front. He still wants to take me to Moe's and then hang out in his dorm room (it makes me embarrassed to type that because it sounds SO LAME) and he has been "covertly" talking to Molly about it all still--sorry about that, Molly. Anyways, yesterday between sessions he asked me if he could talk to me alone and then started walking into an empty classroom in the IC, so I mouthed "help me" to Elise and she came to my rescue. Horrible situation avoided (or put off, rather). Then during dinner he comes to talk to me to say that he wants to talk to me tomorrow. Great. Remind me again why only weird weird boys ever talk to me? Oh yea, I go to Tech. Dang it.

I think thats about all thats new down here. As usual, we have witnessed some really really pathetic things at training (the worst is the fact that the theme this year for housing is iPods, if you can even call that a theme....which basically means anytime they type the letter "i" they put it in lowercase: iC, iValuations, iCall 911...its really out of control). Now we have to go to lunch and the "iManage Sexual Assault" class or whatever its called.

Love you guys!

Shlell
